Are these photos of your own jobs?

Yes. Every photo on this page was taken on a Mullet Power Wash job, by us, on the day. None of it is stock photography. Where the camera recorded a date, it is printed under the photo.

Why are some before and after photos taken from slightly different spots?

Because they were taken on working jobs, not staged for a camera. The before shot is usually grabbed while we set up and the after while we pack down, so the angle moves a little. Where the two frames match closely enough, you can drag the slider across to compare them directly.

Why don't you say exactly where each job was?

Because these are our customers' homes. We name the town where we can and say Central Ohio where we can't, and we never publish an address. Every photo is stripped of its location data before it goes on the website.

Will my home come out like these?

Most do, but every surface is different. Old oil stains, rust, failed paint and oxidized siding do not always come out completely, and we would rather tell you that at the quote than after the wash. Send us a photo and we will tell you honestly what to expect.

A commercial roof, a house and a motorhome — three different surfaces, three different methods, and the same rule on all of them: use the least pressure that will do the job. Here is what each one looked like, what we did, and how it came out.

Commercial Washing · July 2025

A whole school roof, from the air.

The job: Years of weathering and algae had streaked every wing of a Central Ohio school. The roof is too big to judge from the ground, so the before shot was taken by drone on 21 June 2025.
What we did: A commercial soft wash across the entire roof: a cleaning solution to kill the growth at the root and a low-pressure rinse to carry it off, so nothing was stripped or scoured. Scheduled around the school, not the other way round.
The result: The drone went back up on 3 July 2025. Clean and even across every wing, with no streaks, patches or missed sections.

A whole wood-sided home after washing by Mullet Power Wash

A whole wood-sided home, in one day.

The job: The timber siding had weathered to a flat silver-gray and algae was creeping across the stone chimney. Wood is the siding most easily ruined by pressure washing: the grain furs up and the boards take on water.
What we did: Soft washed from top to bottom. The solution does the cleaning and the rinse is low pressure, so the grain was never touched. The stone got the same treatment.
The result: The warm brown came back and the chimney came up clean. Both photos were taken on 21 August 2026, the first at 10:24am and the second at 1:37pm.

A Class A motorhome near West Jefferson.

The job: A season of black streaks down every face of the coach: the front cap, the sides, the rear and the roof, which is where most of it was coming from.
What we did: Roof first, because everything on it drains down the sides. Then the front and rear caps and the walls at low pressure to protect the graphics and window seals, then wheels and wheel wells with the pressure they can take. Washed where it was parked.
The result: 16 September 2026, 4:24pm to 6:35pm. The streaks are gone and the graphics came through untouched. The rear and roof are in the gallery below.

We take a before photo on every job, before a drop of water goes on. It records the condition we found — the cracked board, the loose shingle, the stain that was there before we arrived — so there is never a question about it afterwards.

The after photo is the proof. It is the part of the job you keep, and it is how you can judge a company before you let them near your home. Anyone can write that they do careful work. This page is what careful work looks like.

Siding, roofs, stucco, decks and anything painted are soft washed: a cleaning solution kills the growth at the root and a low-pressure rinse carries it away. Concrete, sidewalks and driveways take real pressure through a rotary surface cleaner, which is why they come out even rather than striped.
