How It Works
How we wash a fence in Plain City & Central Ohio.
Fences age on one side first. The north face, which stays shaded and damp, grows the green and black film, while the sunny side simply grays out under UV. That means a fence almost never cleans evenly in a single pass, and treating both faces identically is why some fences come out looking patchier than they started.
We wash both faces of every panel, which is worth saying because it is not the default everywhere. What changes the price of a fence wash
We price by linear feet rather than by panel, because panel widths vary and it makes quotes impossible to compare. Height matters as much as length — a six-foot privacy fence is twice the surface of a three-foot picket over the same run.
